The company produces and markets different varieties of mango, such as Ataulfo, Tommy Atkins, Haden, Kent, and Keitt, and has two commercial labels “Kuadras” and “Mango K-Best,” both maintaining the same quality. Likewise, Agrícola Cuadras also engages in the production and marketing of sweet corn under the brand “La Higuera.”

Keitt

A large-sized fruit with a dark green to medium green color and a large oval shape. Its pulp is juicy and firm, with little fiber and a very sweet taste. The skin remains green even when ripe. Harvest occurs in late August and early September.

Kent

A large-sized fruit with a dark green color that often features a dark red blush on a small part of the mango. Its shape is oval. It has an excellent sweet flavor. Harvest begins in late July and early August.

Tommy Atkins

A medium-sized fruit with a dark red blush that often covers much of the fruit, with green and yellow-orange details. Its pulp is juicy and firm, and its shape is oval or elongated. Harvest begins in early July.

Haden

A fruit with a rich flavor and aromatic notes, firm texture, and bright red color with green and yellow tones, plus small white spots. It varies from medium to large size with a round-oval shape. Harvest begins in mid-June and early July.

Ataulfo

The positioning of this fruit in markets is associated with the quality of its pulp, intense yellow color, thin skin, small seed, high sugar content, excellent aroma and flavor due to having less fiber than other varieties, and its long shelf life. Its harvest begins in mid-June and early July.
